About The Park:

Glen Park is an on leash dog exercise area that is located off Glen Park Road in Bayswater.  This park is for use all year round with no time restrictions.  Glen Park has a large sporting area which may be used for sporting events through the cricket and football seasons.  

How to get there:

Glen Park is located in Bayswater on Melways Map 64 H2 and is accessible by both public transport and by private car.  From Flinders Street Station catch the Glen Waverley Train from Platform 3 and get off at Glen Waverley Station.  Once at Glen Waverley catch the 737 Bus towards Croydon and get off at Knox Shopping Centre.  From the shopping centre catch the 664 Bus towards Chirnside and get off at the corner of Elmhurst Road and Bayswater Road.  Glen Park is a short 200 meter walk from the bus stop down Glen Park Road.

Families travelling by car can park near Glen Park on Glen Park Road - check signs for parking restrictions.

Facilities:

Parking available near Glen Park on Glen Park Road. Please check signage before leaving your car.

Dog Poo Bins - located near the toilets - there are no plastic bags provided - please remember to take your own

Toilets - located to the north of the park near Glen Park Road

Tennis Courts - located down the access road off Glen Park Road

Glen Park has one sporting oval that is used for cricket and football

Closest Bus stop to Glen Park is located on the corner of Elmhurst and Bayswater Roads

Extra Information / On Leash Walk Sheet Download:

Please ensure that dogs are kept away from BBQ areas and children's play equipment - this is a requirement in most council areas in Victoria. 

When using on leash dog parks remember that not everyone likes to interact with dogs.  Please ensure that dogs are kept on a leash at all times in these parks and that you remember to pick up after your dog.

Remember to take plenty of fresh water for your dogs as they will be thirsty after a long walk.
