About The Reserve:

Browns Reserve is an off leash dog exercise area that is located off View Street in Aspendale.  This reserve is for use all year round with no time or day restrictions except for sports training times.  The reserve is accessible by public transport and by car.   Browns Reserve is a great place for dogs as the area is quite large and the reserve is close to other dog friendly places in Aspendale such as Aspendale Beach.

How to get there:

Browns Reserve is located in Aspendale on Melways Map 92 J2 and is accessible by both public transport and by private car.  From Flinders street station catch the Cranbourne Train from Platform 6 to Oakleigh Train Station.  Once in Oakleigh catch the 700 Bus towards Mordialloc and get off at the Pines Crescent and Station Street  stop.   Browns Reserve is a 600 meter walk down Mount View Street.

Families travelling by car can park in the reserve car park off Mount View Street.  Parking is also available in the streets surrounding the reserve - check signs for parking restrictions.

Parking available in the reserve car park off Mount View Street and in surrounding residential streets.  Please check signage before leaving your car.

Extra Information / Off Leash Walk Sheet Download:

When using an off leash dog park it is important that you still have voice control over your dog and in the event that you need to call him/her back that they listen and obey your commands.

When using off leash dog parks remember that not everyone has well trained and socialized dogs.  Consider talking to other dog owners in the park before allowing dogs to play together. 

Remember to take plenty of fresh water for your dogs as they will be thirsty after all that running around.
