Mornington Peninsula Shire Council About The Reserve: Woodvale Reserve is an off leash dog exercise area that is located off Woodvale Grove in Rosebud. This reserve is for use all year round with no time or day restrictions except for sports training times. The reserve is accessible by public transport and by car. Woodvale Reserve is a great place for dogs as the area is quite large and the reserve is close to other dog friendly parks and reserves in Rosebud. How to get there: Woodvale Reserve is located in Rosebud on Melways Map 158 H12 - J12 and is accessible by both public transport and by private car. From Flinders street station catch the Frankston Train from Platform 8 to Seaford Train Station. Once in Seaford catch the 780 Bus towards Frankston and get off at the Nepean Hwy and Playne Street stop. Catch the 788 Bus towards Portsea and get off at Point Nepean Road and Lonsdale Street. Woodvale Reserve is a short 300 meter walk down Lonsdale Street and White Road. Families travelling by car can park across from the reserve in Woodvale Grove. Parking is also available in the streets surrounding the reserve - check signs for parking restrictions. ![]() Facilities: Parking available across from the reserve in Woodvale Grove and in surrounding residential streets. When using off leash dog parks remember that not everyone has well trained and socialized dogs. Consider talking to other dog owners in the park before allowing dogs to play together.
