Blacktown City is the heart of the Greater Sydney region - a booming area leading New South Wales in population growth, community and recreational services and employment growth.

Number of Dogs Permitted Per House hold:

Blacktown City Council does not have a limit to the number of dogs per household on non farming land providing that the dogs are not a nuisance through inadequate containment, noise and bad hygiene.
