is located 45 kilometers south east of Melbourne. This shire is the
fastest growing residential area in Victoria with a majority of the
urban development occuring to the north. Casey Shire Council extends

Dog Registration Requirements:
Casey City Council requires all dogs over the age of 3 months to be
registered. Once the dog is registered with the council a unique tag
is issued to the owner to be placed on the dogs collar. This tag aids
in the prompt return of dogs that may be found wandering.

Casey City Council allows a maximum number of 2 dogs per household on non farming land.
