Maroondah City Council covers an area just over 60 square kilometers
and is located 15 kilometers to the east of Melbourne. The council

registered. Once the dog is registered with the council a unique tag
is issued to the owner to be placed on the dogs collar. This tag aids
in the prompt return of dogs that may be found wandering.
