2 Cups of Plain Flour
1 1/4 Cups of Shredded Cheese
1/2 Cup of Diced Bacon (fat removed)
1 Tablespoon of Vegetable Oil
4 - 5 Tablespoons of Water

Directions:

Combine all the ingredients except the water.  In a food processor whisk the mixture until it is the consistency of cornmeal.  Add the water gradually until the mixture forms a doughy ball.  On a floured board roll out the dough until approximatly 1-2cm thick and cut into shapes.  Place shapes on an ungreased baking sheet and cook at 200 degrees Celcius for about 10 minutes.  Cooking time will depend on size and thickness of shapes.  Once cooked cool and store in the refridgerator.
